Infinity Developments has completed Villa Serenity, an approximately 14,000-square-foot waterfront residence in Al Hamra Village, Ras Al Khaimah. The five-bedroom property highlights the emirate’s positioning around high-end coastal living and affluent residential demand.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has completed its 550-metre beachfront in Ras Al Khaimah, marking a visible construction milestone for the resort scheduled to open in 2027. The waterfront plans add a sheltered lagoon, engineered offshore reef and differentiated beach zones to the emirate’s expanding leisure pipeline.
