Nobu Hotel & Residences Al Marjan Island, developed by H&H Development, is located off the coast of ras-al-khaimah on Al Marjan Island. The project combines a branded hotel component with private residences and offers a mix of living options including 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, garden duplexes, penthouses and private villas, with approximately 300 residential units planned. Residents will benefit from access to the hotel’s facilities and a range of on-site amenities reported for the scheme, such as a spa, fitness facilities, swimming pools and a beach club, with expansive shoreline and Arabian Gulf views. The development is scheduled for completion in Q1-2028 and is positioned within the island’s larger leisure and hospitality setting.
