Trios Isle B, developed by Durar Group, is on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. This residential tower offers a range of apartments — studios and one‑ to three‑bedroom units — arranged across 12 residential floors. Interiors have been realised in collaboration with the Italian house Missoni, giving each residence a distinct design approach.
The building is planned as part of a small cluster, sharing a basement, ground level and two podiums with its sister towers to form an integrated community. The project sits along Al Marjan Island’s coastline and is close to Wynn Al Marjan; it is also approximately 60 minutes from Dubai International Airport via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
